Welcome to JuicyRoad. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JuicyRoad app, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using JuicyRoad, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

JuicyRoad allows users to purchase tokens to generate content using artificial intelligence. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use JuicyRoad. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Token Purchases

Tokens are digital credits used within JuicyRoad. All purchases of tokens are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the app.

3. User-Generated Content

When you use JuicyRoad to generate content, you are responsible for how that content is used or shared. You agree not to generate or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect misuse or abuse of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software provided by JuicyRoad (except for user-generated content) are the property of JuicyRoad or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through our partner Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s terms and applicable local laws.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

JuicyRoad is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuicyRoad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of JuicyRoad after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
