Refund policy

At JuicyRoad, we sell token packs that give users access to generate content using artificial intelligence. These are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase.

Token Purchases

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Once tokens are delivered to your account, we cannot offer refunds, whether or not they are used.

Exceptions – Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving or using your tokens, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase. We will review your case and, if applicable, restore the tokens or issue a refund.
